The steps below indicate how you can order your favorite YOSMO item(s).
1. Find the desired item on www.yosmo.net.
2. Select the desired color on the product page.
3. Click on the "ADD TO CART" button to place the item in your shopping cart.
4. Then go to the shopping cart by clicking on the shopping bag icon at the top right of your screen.
5. Do you have a discount code or giftcard? Fill this in at the bottom left in the heading of the same name.
6. To complete your order, click on the "CHECKOUT" button.
7. Then go through all the steps in the payment line.
8. As soon as your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail and we will get started with your package.
P.S.: Create your yosmo account immediately when ordering, so that you can view all your data and orders afterwards. You also immediately start saving for the YOSMO rewards with an account.
As soon as your order has been successfully completed, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail at the e-mail address you provided. When your package has left our fulfillment center, you will receive a second email with the track and trace code. With this code you can track your package until delivery.

If you want to change your address, email us immediately after placing your order to adjust or change it. Once you have received a track&trace mail, it is no longer possible to change your address.
Unfortunately it is not possible to apply a discount code after placing an order. The only way to apply a discount code is to redeem the discount code in your shopping cart.

Shipping and return
We offer free shipping on orders over €150 worldwide. You do not need to add any code for this. Free shipping is applied at checkout.
For purchases under €150 you can find the shipping costs at checkout when you enter your shipping information.
Depending on your local shipping company delivery may take between 4-9 business days.
*YOSMO only ships on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following business day.

Becoming a YOSMO member is very simple. If you already have a yosmo.net account, you will automatically start earning YOSMO credits. If you don't have a YOSMO account, you can create one here and you will automatically become a club member.
There are several ways to earn YOSMO credits! In the section "how to collect credits" you will find all the possibilities to earn credits. For all purchases, credits are only earned on the goods purchased and exclude shipping costs and VAT.
Redeeming your YOSMO credits for great discounts couldn't be easier! With a minimum of 125 YOSMO credits you can already exchange for a discount. Once you have enough credits, click on "redeem" in your club account and you will be taken to the YOSMO Shop to shop. When you place your order, you have the option at checkout to apply your YOSMO credits to the order (credits cannot be exchanged in combination with a discount code).
